There are three payment methods available that anyone can pay in Chitty monthly installments they are given below

1. Using KSFE online payment website :

Step 1: Go to https://ksfeonline.com/ website for the online payment

Step 2 : Click on VIEW DETAILS under the Pay Chitty option

Step3:Next page the following details required

Select your branch: using the dropdown menu select your branch
Chitty Number
Chitty class: A/B/C/D
Chitty Division
Chittal Number
Chittal Name (Minimum first three characters of the name)
Enter the captcha

Step 4: After giving the above details click on the SEARCH button

Step 5: Next page update the payment details if required, any deduction required edit the amount shown unless you click on the check box I accept terms and conditions and click on PAY NOW

Step 6: Select Payment Gateway, There are 6 payment gateway listed. SBIePay gateway charges Rs 10 to 15 for net banking, other payment gateways are free. Select any one payment gateway. And click on CONFIRM

Step 7: Next page there are three options for the payment Debit card, UPI/QR, NetBanking

Step 9: Select any payment option. Complete the transaction using NetBanking /Debit card and UPI/QR details.

2. Quick Pay

Step 1: Go to https://ksfeonline.com/ website for the online payment

Step 2 : Click on VIEW DETAILS under the Quick Pay

Step 3 : Next page Give the registered mobile number, enter the captcha shown in the screen and click on SEARCH. An OTP will send to the given mobile number. Enter the 5-digit OTP received on the mobile and click on SUBMIT button

Step 4: Next page all the chitty details will be shown like Brach, Scheme, and Chitty/Loan Account No. Click on VIEW & PAY

Step 5: Next page update the payment details if required, any deduction required edit the amount shown unless click on the check box I accept terms and conditions and click on ADD TO PAYMENT LIST

Step 6 : A small pop-up window will appear to click on ADD MORE CHITTY / LOAN TO THE LIST if more than one chitty needs to pay otherwise click on GO TO PAYMENT LIST

Step 7: Click on the check box I accept terms and conditions and click on CONTINUE PAYMENT

Step 8: Select Payment Gateway. There are five payment gateways available.SBIePay gateway charges Rs 10 to 15 for net banking, other payment gateways are free. Select any one of the payment gateways click on CONFIRM

3. KSFE online payment using SMS

Step 1: An SMS will send to all the registered mobile numbers before the chitty installment payment date

Step 2: Click on the link that was received in the SMS. It will be redirected to a page showing all the chitty details.

Step 3: Enter the Chittal Name (Minimum 3 characters) and captcha shown in the image. Click on SUBMIT button

Step 4: Next page updates the payment details if required, any deduction is required edit the amount shown unless you click on the check box I accept terms and conditions and click on PAY NOW

Step 5 : Select Payment Gateway.

KSFE online payment: other Important points

Online payments to user accounts will be reflected in Branch Accounts within 24 hours unless processing or maintenance work is being done or unforeseen circumstances arise.
After branch accounts receive online payments, customers will receive an SMS.
If you don’t get a success status after beginning a transaction, wait two working days for the final confirmation.
After an unsuccessful transaction, contact your bank and file a complaint on the customer portal if the sum is not refunded within 7 days.
For convenience, chitty auction participants must make their payments at least one day before the auction. Any remittance made after 11:00 AM IST on the auction due date must be reported to the branch for inclusion.
Available payment methods: Net Banking, Debit Card and UPI
Transactions will not be allowed from 11:50 PM to 12:10 AM IST due to scheduled activities

Disadvantages of KSFE online payment system

Credit card payment option is not available for the chitty monthly installments.
Personalised profile is not available for the easy payment of the monthly installments.
All the previous transaction chitty statements are not available.
