Every month chital pays only a fixed amount as an installment. 1 st month Rs 5000, 2 to 5 month Rs 4000 after that every month installment amount will decrease. Hence in a 20-month tenure chitty, the chital will repay only Rs 88,000.

How to claim the prize money in Gokulam chitty?

If any chitty tenure is 20 months then anyone can claim the prize money in the 4th month, only needs to inform the branch manager one month before. For a 25 month chitty in the 6th month, anyone can claim the prize money. This was a major difference between KSFE and Gokulam chitty. Gokulam’s maximum allowed deduction is 25 % of the total chitty value.

GST and Foreman commission

Foreman commission is 5 % of chitty sala (total chitty value) and the GST is 12 % of the foreman commission. For example, 1 lakh chitty Foreman commission is Rs 5000 and GST is Rs 600.
